Kentucky Child Now Announces New Mission, Vision, & Values.
Kentucky Child Now began as one man's vision - a vision by Dr. Thomas Young to create a unified voice among public, private, and nonprofit groups on behalf of Kentucky's children. Little did Dr. Young know how big is vision would grow! Kentucky Child Now has helped to improve the healthy development of hundreds of thousands of Kentucky's children and youth.
On April 10, 2009 we proudly unveiled our new mission, vision, and values at our 10 Year Anniversary Celebration.
Our Mission: Kentucky Child Now promotes the healthy development of Kentucky’s children and youth through advocacy, consulting, training, and coordination, empowering them to become successful adults.
Our Vision: Kentucky Child Now will be a nationally recognized resource in youth wellness and development, providing help through training, hope through empowerment, and opportunities for success.
Our Guiding Values: Accountability, Caring Climate, Dedication, Integrity, Professionalism, and Respectfulness.
We also unveiled a bright new logo! It is with a renewed commitment to Kentucky's youth, that I invite you to visit our website to see the exciting changes and to learn more about the amazing work being done to empower Kentucky's children and youth.
